What do you think of open theism?

Open theism is a complex topic. If you would like to chat about it drop by the office.
This post was about the position that Woodland Church took on gay marriage.

Somewhat ironic, no? Or is it hypocrisy?

He is chastising for judging and pointing out faults in the middle of a tirade that... judges and points out the faults and sins of "the church" in North America.

Which, in the end, amounts to saying, "We're not like those OTHER Christians! We're the real thing!"

That's without watching till the end. Will go watch the rest now.

Among other things, AWFUL selective use of scripture. Could you twist the truth any worse than the way he used the first half of 1 Cor. 5:12, omitting the second half (which explicitly INSTRUCTS US TO JUDGE) and then continuing on to v13 and then following that up with "Our job is to leave all judgement to God!"

That style of teaching is about as biblical as the prosperity gospel.

Ugh, self-righteous malarkey masquerading as "progressive" Christian theology.

I agree open theism is a complex topic, but in the end either it is right or wrong. Which is it?

Anonymous you should really come by the office and we can discuss this issue.
